I had the opportunity to work with Caio for more than a year at Opsteam, working together on most of our projects and day-to-day challenges.
Besides being a very technically competent professional, he always stood out for the way he thinks and proposes solutions. He doesn't settle for the most obvious path: he is always looking for new approaches and bringing new technologies into the work, especially AI, which he already used in a very professional way to explore ideas, speed up analyses and find alternatives for different problems.
