About the project

Vozena creates a PipeWire filter chain between the Blue Yeti and the Yeti Processado virtual microphone. Noise reduction, EQ, compression, software gain and limiting run locally without sending audio over the network.

The interface lets you save profiles, listen to processed speech and compare an original sample with the processed version. Calibration suggests settings that are applied only after confirmation. The project is a public preview, validated on Fedora with a Blue Yeti and checked automatically on Ubuntu and Kubuntu with a virtual microphone. It does not provide echo cancellation or guarantee compatibility with every meeting app.

Highlights

  • Virtual microphone with local PipeWire processing and RNNoise noise suppression.
  • Saved profiles, live monitoring and comparison of original and processed audio.
  • Calibration with explicit application of settings; interface in Brazilian Portuguese.
